By registering to attend this event you give your consent to be contacted by the event organiser, Western Business Media Limited, their event partners, sponsors, and exhibitors.

You understand that by choosing to allow my badge to be scanned that you will be providing the exhibitor, sponsor and organisers with your personal data. This data may be used to contact you about relevant products or services, and you understand that this partner or sponsor may transfer this data outside of the European Economic Area for these purposes. You also understand and agree that your personal data may be held and used by the organiser of this event, Western Business Media Limited, and any third-party service provider acting on its behalf, in order to run the event and for the purposes of analysing visitor traffic with a view to improving the event experience for attendees.

Photographs will be taken at the event, which may capture your attendance and participation. You agree to the publication of such photographs and their use by us and those authorised by us in any way which we may see fit now or in the future including, but not limited to, publications and publicity.

Programme changes

Due to unforeseen circumstances the programme may change and Western Business Media reserves the right to alter the venue and/or speakers. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our website as soon as possible.

Western Business Media also reserves the right to cancel an event if enrolment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a programme is cancelled. If a programme is not held for any reason, Western Business Media will not be liable for any costs incurred by delegates.

Western Business Media is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a speaker substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Western Business Media shall assume no liability whatsoever if an event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event or unforeseen occurrence that renders performance of an event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible.

For purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism: disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
